If a Mock is sold online at Examroots and its sub-domains, there is no refund policy in place. However, money back guarantee is advertised on the individual test series pages in some cases. This commitment will be followed by Examroots as applicable on day of purchase.

Similarly where only these special circumstance(s) are agreed upon can a refund be claimed:

Duplicate Purchase: Where an individual buys a Mock Test series twice by mistake they may inform us within 2 days of such purchase. The refund can be initiated after proper inquiries are conducted.

Wrong Mock Test series Purchase: When a student makes a wrong selection of a course while making payment, he or she is eligible to claim their refund. Within 24 hours of purchase, information about this eventuality can as well be relayed. Only in such circumstances, the fee paid for the course may be adjusted against the fees of another one but not refunded in cash.

In cases of any unforeseen events or incidents happening to the buyer, an email may be sent to support@examroot.com indicating reasons for this. It solely depends on Examroots whether to listen and accept that request depending on existing condition(s).

To get refund application initiated email us at support@examroot.com. Promotional Discounts/Cash backs, GST/other taxes and administrative charges etc. will be deducted before processing the refund.
